Based near Thirsk, North Yorkshire, Countryside Events was established in 2012 by David and Sally Mallender, who purchased a marquee to use for their very own wedding…from there, Countryside Events was born!
In 2014, David expanded the stock with a purchase of his first stretch tent and began hiring out this versatile and unique style of tent. In 2019, David and the team decided it was time to start using their wealth of knowledge and experience to branch out in to selling stretch tents as well as hiring them out! This sales division of the business would be known and ‘Countryside Stretch’.
Fast forward to today…Countryside Events and Countryside Stretch and one of the UK’s leading stretch tent hire and supply companies.
Countryside Events hire out stretch tents, stretch marquees and traditional frame marquees, together with various event furniture and accessories you may need to bring your venue to life. We deliver and erect hired goods at a venue of your choosing, creating an amazing backdrop for your special occasion. We will return to dismantle and rerig the structure, once your event is over.
