Get in touch

Simply call or email us to start a discussion about purchasing a stretch tent and tell us a bit about what you would ideally like from the space.

Ballpark Figure

We encourage you send as much imagery and information as you can (a doodle and photos are great!), from here we can offer a guide price on the expected costs.

Site Visit

If you like what you have seen so far, we offer a free site visit which includes basic measuring of the site. We can also offer a full LiDAR< site scan to produce 3D imagery, showing what your tent will look like within the space (LiDAR scan is a chargeable service.

Design & Estimate

Now that we have seen the site and have the necessary information, we can get to work on your design along with a fully itemised estimate.

Deposit & Manufacture

Once you have approved the design and you are happy to proceed with the order, we require a 50% deposit to allow full manufacture of your tent to proceed.

Preparing the Site

Whilst your tent is in production, we take this opportunity to carry out any pre-installation works to the site, ready for tent installation.

Lead Team & Importation

Around 6 weeks (variable) from receipt of your deposit, you new stretch tent will be ready and imported into the UK. We will handle all clearance and VAT liabilities with customs.

Installation

This is the really exciting bit…once your tent has arrive at our HQ, we will team it up with all the necessary hardware and return to site (on a pre-agreed date) for the full install…Et voila! You now have a wonderful covered outdoor space to enjoy for years to come!
